Customer Service Representative

Mit der kartenmacherei we stand for cards, wall art, and calendars of outstanding quality and for a unique customer service. As part of the celebrate company, we also inspire our customers across Europe with our other brands like Atelier Rosemood and faireparterie.

To ensure we can provide our customers with the highest level of service even during the high season, we are looking for your support in customer service for a limited period of three months in full- or part-time starting in October/November preferably 100% from home office in Germany. Together we will take care of our customers individually by phone and email and make sure every order is perfect. We pay you an hourly rate of 14-16 depending on your experience.

Your Role

• Exchange with our customers by email and phone and support them with any questions before, during, and after an order
• Support our customers in the error-free design of their stationery with great attention to detail
• Quality assurance of our customers' orders with your trained eye for aesthetics and your sense for stylistics and plausibility, as well as the approval for printing
• Find suitable solutions for our customers in situations where something did not work out

Job Requirements

Your Profile

• Ideally already experience in working with inventory management systems, customer communication tools, and customer service
• Availability for at least 25 hours per week, flexible timing (shift model between 8:00 and 18:00) and the willingness to work one or two weekends before Christmas
• A PC or laptop with at least 15-inch screen (preferably with an additional large screen)
• Excellent knowledge of the German language in writing and speaking
