- Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm, no weekends.
- Duties : Typical outpatient Primary Care services
- Patient Population : Geriatrics
- Support : Full Staff & Advanced Practice Providers
- PPD : 12-16

- Salary :$250k-$260k base + lucrative Annual Bonus
