What You'll Do

• Install commercial office furniture systems, including cubicles, desks, cabinetry, and workspace components
• Work onsite at client locations and represent the company with professionalism and reliability
• Collaborate with installation teams to complete projects efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate hand and power tools throughout installation projects
• Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and work orders to ensure precise placement and setup
• Maintain a safe, organized job site while meeting project timelines

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience assembling or installing office furniture
• Comfortable using hand and power tools in a work environment
• Ability to read basic blueprints, layouts, or work orders
• At least 1 year of experience in a physically active role involving standing, lifting, or repetitive tasks
• Strong mechanical aptitude and general construction knowledge
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required)

• 6+ months of hands-on experience using hand and/or power tools (any industry)
• 1+ month experience interpreting blueprints or work orders
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Interest in building a long-term, permanent career in installation or construction trades

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
