Credit Risk Review Systems, Data Analyst

Manage credit risk review systems, processes, and data, including Crowe 360 Ensure system design and content support consistent, well-documented credit risk reviews aligned with Board-approved risk classifications and regulatory guidelines Support implementation of revised credit rating systems across Credit Risk Review, Commercial Banking, Credit Administration, and Managed Asset departments Develop and maintain portfolio management analytics and key risk indicators for credit-risk monitoring and Board reporting Aggregate and stratify risk ratings and describe portfolio risk trends for credit risk management and strategic decision-making Assist Credit Risk Review Management with regulatory examiner interactions, internal/external audits, data gathering, and reporting processes Monitor changes in regulatory and internal guidance Provide risk management insights and assist with the annual risk-based Credit Risk Review Plan for commercial and consumer loan portfolios Develop and maintain a Consumer Credit Risk Review work-in-process system for reporting, internal review documentation, and data metrics Evaluate credit risk review metrics and recommend Key Performance Indicators and Key Risk Indicators to management Review and report indicator data for the Credit Risk Review yearly plan, staffing, and Enterprise Risk Management Committee Provide feedback to Credit Risk Review Management for annual performance evaluations Collaborate with Credit Risk Review leadership, Commercial and Consumer Credit Risk Review Managers, and senior management across relevant bank departments Support reviews for compliance with policies and underwriting guidelines and independently validate risk ratings and documentation Perform reporting and data work across credit functions, including Treasury Management, SWAPs, overdrafts, consumer lending, and commercial lending Undertake assigned projects supporting risk-management oversight and regulatory expectations Advocate technology use to improve Credit Risk Review processes and efficiency Perform additional duties as required Requirements Four-year college degree or equivalent; preferred specialization in Business, Finance, and data analytics Five to ten years of general experience Two to five years of Data Analytics experience, including some commercial and/or consumer banking Knowledge of Commercial and Consumer risk systems and methodology Familiarity with Credit Risk Review or Credit processes or equivalent experience and expertise Knowledge of regulatory laws Ability to work independently and as a team player Critical thinking, judgment, problem solving, and accuracy Accuracy, initiative, interpersonal skills, and confidentiality Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including operating a keypad device, using office equipment, standing, sitting, walking, lifting up to 10 pounds, and typing Close vision of 18–20 inches for computer work Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Credit Risk Review processes, regulatory compliance, and data analytics, with a strong focus on developing key risk indicators and portfolio management analytics.
