Senior Contract Specialist

Duration: 12-Month Contract (Possible Extension) Pay range: $45-$47/hr on W2 We are seeking an experienced Contract Conformance Specialist III to support complex capital and maintenance projects within the energy industry. This role is responsible for ensuring contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle, partnering with project management, construction, legal, supply chain, and contractor teams to manage contract documentation, change orders, contractor communications, and contractual issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain construction contracts from award through closeout. Prepare and review contract documents, work releases, scopes of work, pricing documents, and contract amendments. Manage change orders, contractor requests, and contract documentation. Review contractor submittals and invoices for contractual compliance. Coordinate contractor communications, contract meetings, and document control. Support contract negotiations, issue resolution, and compliance with company procedures. Work closely with Project Management, Construction, Project Controls, Legal, and Supply Chain teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, Legal, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in contract administration, contract conformance, or construction contract management. Strong experience supporting capital construction projects within the energy, oil & gas, utilities, EPC, or gas pipeline industry. Experience managing change orders, contractor documentation, contract compliance, and construction contracts. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
