The Senior Specialist, Digital Learning Programs, supports the planning, implementation, and administration of digital learning initiatives that advance the Society’s educational programs, grant-funded activities, fellow-focused initiatives, and educational content offerings. This position independently coordinates assigned program activities and collaborates with internal teams, faculty, subject matter experts, vendors, and external partners to ensure learning products are delivered on schedule, meet established requirements, and align with adult learning principles and organizational standards. This role is responsible for the setup, testing, launch, maintenance, quality control, and user support for education products within the Society’s learning management system. Supports LMS workflows and troubleshoots routine issues to enhance the learner's experience and the operational effectiveness of digital learning programs. What you’ll bring to the job: 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital learning, continuing education, instructional design, educational program management, or related field. Experience creating learning materials through coursework, internships, freelance work, portfolio projects, or professional experience. Experience using learning management systems and online learning technologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar. Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet, or similar platforms preferred. Familiarity with continuing education principles and accreditation requirements, such as ACCME, preferred. What you’ll own: Digital Learning Management and Program Operations Administer and maintain funded programs within the learning management system (LMS), ensuring course content, enrollment, and program information are accurate and current. Coordinate program activities and project tasks by tracking timelines, deliverables, and requirements to support successful execution and completion of established learning programs. Serve as primary operational point of contact for participants, faculty, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders by providing timely communication regarding program requirements, deadlines, and updates. Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning events, including scheduling, meeting materials, vendor coordination, registration support, and on-site event administration. Provide day-to-day LMS support for assigned programs by responding to inquiries, resolving routine issues, escalating complex concerns as appropriate, and assisting users with system navigation and program participation. Monitor program operations and recommend process improvements that enhance the learner experience, increase efficiency, and support effective digital learning delivery. Facilitate scheduled webinars and virtual learning sessions by managing participant engagement, technology support, and session logistics to ensure a positive learning experience. Maintain program records, reports, and documentation to support program administration, evaluation, and stakeholder communication. Learning Content and Program Development Apply knowledge of adult learning principles and established instructional design practices to support the development and delivery of instructor‑led, virtual, and online learning programs. Organize content and assist in the creation of learner‑facing materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with program objectives. Develop and update learning materials, job aids, and multimedia assets using approved tools, templates, and platforms to support engaging learning experiences. Collaborate with subject matter experts, faculty, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to gather content, incorporate feedback, and support program development activities. Provide input on content presentation approaches and learner engagement strategies to support effective program delivery. Execute learning program designs and content plans as outlined in approved program proposals, project plans, and instructional requirements. Review instructional materials and learning assets for quality, accessibility, and adherence to established standards and program requirements. Recommend enhancements to learning materials, delivery methods, and learner support resources to improve the participant's experience and program effectiveness. Administrative and Operational Support Process invoices, honoraria, and reimbursement requests for assigned programs in accordance with established policies, procedures, and timelines. Provide on‑site operational and administrative support for the ENDO Annual Meeting and other educational programs, assisting with attendee services, faculty needs, and event logistics. Monitor assigned program activities and communicate potential issues or barriers that may affect the timeline, budget, or final product.
