Join Our Team as a Full-time Physical Therapist (PT)

Our organization is currently in search of a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Essential Qualifications for the Position:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Possession of a valid Physical Therapy License in New York State
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care is preferred; however, recent graduates with relevant fieldwork experience are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents’ conditions and create tailored physical rehabilitation plans
• Alleviate residents’ pain through exercises, hands-on therapy, and stretching techniques
• Assist residents with their tasks while monitoring their progress
• Oversee the work of physical therapy assistants
• Uphold resident confidentiality and protect the facility by maintaining privacy
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local legal and professional standards
• Foster a collaborative environment among healthcare team members
