Remote Quality Analyst

Remote Quality Analyst, a full-time temporary position, is responsible for managing case dockets, responding to creditor inquiries, and assisting in quality analytics for the Class Action legal department. Key Responsibilities Manage case dockets and update court websites with filed documents Respond to creditor inquiries via phone and email regarding case status and claims Assist with mailings, compile service lists, and prepare affidavits of service Required Qualifications Ability to quickly learn and navigate proprietary software and applications One to two years of related office experience or relevant training is a plus but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
