Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring ARRT certification and 2+ years of CT scanning experience.

Details

• Hospital-based CT department serving ER patients
• Performs all CT exams except specialty studies such as virtual colonoscopy and cardiac CT
• Night shift schedule Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday from 6p-7a
• Midnight technologist works independently from 10p-7a with support from an imaging aide for patient transport
• Uses Siemens Definition AS CT scanner
• Epic EMR and Visage PACS system

Requirements

• ARRT certification required
• NYS license required
• NYS license to inject required
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
• Must be able to scan independently and demonstrate full competency in CT exams for ER patients
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Christmas holiday coverage preferred
• This location does not accept local candidates
• Radius rule of 75 miles applies for this facility
