Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Alabama PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. This is a preferred requirement and not mandatory. Experience with productivity expectations, including seeing approximately 12–14 patients per day and managing double-booked follow-up visits, preferred. Willingness to float to other clinics as needed. This is a client requirement. Ability to work a guaranteed 36 hours with expectation to work up to 40 hours; overtime must be approved by director. Open to first-time travelers, new graduates, and experienced PTAs per client preference.

Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient clinic. Shift: Days. Patient population: Outpatient orthopedics. Productivity expectation: Approximately 60 visits per week. Typical patient load: Expect to see 12–14 patients per day with double-booked follow-up visits. Floating: Candidate must be willing to float to other clinics as required. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours; director approval required for overtime. Travel team option: Position may be part of a travel team in this clinic or a neighboring clinic.
