Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on production equipment. This includes working with flexo folder gluer machines, rotary die cutters, and specialty folder gluers, particularly within the corrugated products sector.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment efficiently.

• Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery.

• Work with flexo folder gluer machines, rotary die cutters, and specialty folder gluers.

• Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.

• Experience with print press and flexography.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Skilled in machine setup and troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Experience with corrugated products is highly beneficial.

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and non-climate controlled. Steel-toe shoes are required for safety. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, with some potential for Friday work, consisting of four 10-hour shifts starting at 6 AM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
