About Us: We’re a team of makers, doers, and problem-solvers who take pride in building things that last. In our machine shop, we combine precision with teamwork—and we’re looking for an Assembly Technician who’s excited to jump in, learn, and contribute from day one. Requirements What You’ll Be Doing: Putting together parts and tools using rivet guns, PEM setters, drills—you name it Installing fasteners and hardware with care and accuracy Reading basic blueprints (don’t worry, we’ll help if you’re rusty) Solving small problems before they become big ones Working closely with a tight-knit team that’s got your back Staying organized and focused, even when things get busy What We’re Looking For: 1-5 years of hands-on assembly experience (machine shop experience is a big plus) Solid understanding of how to use common hand and power tools A keen eye for detail—you take pride in doing things right Good communication skills and the ability to follow xmvmafu directions (written and spoken) A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a self-starting mindset Benefits Pay Rate Range: $22.00 - $28.00/hr Depending on Experience Why You’ll Love It Here: Supportive, team-first culture—we help each other succeed Opportunities to grow your skills and take on new challenges Competitive pay and solid benefits (healthcare, 401(k), time off—you know the drill) A place where your work matters and your voice is heard 110 Metalworks Inc. is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status
