Front Desk AssociateDo you love beauty, fashion, and the salon industry? Are you passionate about providing great customer service and making retail product recommendations? If so, we have the job for you!At Douglas J Institutes & Salons we are seeking a Front Desk Associate to help us ensure our guests have the best experience possible.About the position:We're seeking a Front Desk Associate who enjoys making our guests' day exceptional. You will help cultivate our guests' experience by:Providing a smooth check in and check out from their service(s)Scheduling appointments and managing guest flow throughout the dayAssisting with retail recommendations and purchasesOffer guest relaxation experiences, such as hand & arm massages.What we're looking for:Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays. Typical shift is 8-hours.A serving heart and a charismatic, approachable personalityHigh level of comfort using computers and a cash register, with the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectivelyWhy you'll love working with us:Assistance with parking costsAffordable insurance benefits and a 401(k) with a company matchFun, fast-paced work environmentProduct and service discountsOpportunities for advancement
