You will be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, and merchandising. Responsibilities Greeting and building rapport with vendors. Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language. Respond to customer questions in an effective manner. Stock products and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards. Perform basic department cleaning upkeep. Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for customers. Use baler (if trained and 18+). May perform other duties as assigned or required. Qualifications Highly organized with keen attention to detail. Excellent listening and communication skills. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products or equipment. Can thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Physical Demands and Work Conditions Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk frequently. Work environment typical of a retail store; noise level ranges from quiet to loud. Temperature ranges from regular to cooler areas. Minimal sitting required.
