Senior SAP Project Manager

Salary: $114,400 - 124,800 per year Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP/IT experience, including substantial SAP project management experience
• Hands-on understanding of SAP ECC and end-to-end SAP business processes
• Broad SAP knowledge across functional areas such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, Supply Chain, or related modules
• Experience managing multiple SAP projects concurrently, including implementations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and production deployments
• Strong knowledge of SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
• Strong stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and executive communication skills
• Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• S/4HANA transformation or migration experience is highly preferred
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred

• Manage multiple SAP projects and workstreams simultaneously across different functional areas
• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from planning and requirements through design, build, testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate SAP functional, technical, integration, testing, and business teams
• Provide project status updates, risk assessments, and executive-level communications to key stakeholders
• Support ongoing SAP ECC initiatives while aligning them with the upcoming S/4HANA transformation
• Drive cross-functional coordination and resolve dependencies across SAP projects
