Children's Home in New York is seeking a preventive service case worker to support families from diverse backgrounds, assess risk and safety, and strengthen family functioning. You will build therapeutic relationships as the primary service provider in a family-centered approach. The role includes coordinating with DSS and schools, conducting parenting groups and counseling, and maintaining accurate records.
