Part-Time Aesthetic Telehealth Nurse Practitioner Remote part‑time position with an anticipated start date as early as February 1, 2026. Key Details Remote position Part‑time role requiring a minimum of 12 hours weekly; weekend availability of at least 2 Saturdays per month Use of electronic health record (EHR) system for synchronous and asynchronous Good Faith Evaluations (GFEs) What you will do at Spakinect The Aesthetic Telehealth Provider conducts synchronous and asynchronous Good Faith Evaluations for medical spas and clinics, providing efficient, customer‑centric care while using technology effectively. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deliver thorough, efficient, and exceptional healthcare by reviewing health histories, screening for contraindications, and providing treatment plan recommendations. Demonstrate superior customer service by addressing client and patient concerns, answering clinical questions, and providing medical guidance. Show kindness, compassion, friendliness, and respect toward patients, clients, and co‑workers. Communicate with office staff regarding administrative issues in a timely manner. Document electronically using the EHR system to submit completed GFEs in real‑time. Troubleshoot basic technical problems and seek assistance when needed. Adhere to company guidelines, complete required training, and attend continuing education opportunities. Improve productivity and efficiency by developing and implementing standards and processes. Foster and embrace best care practices. Demonstrate Spakinect’s core values and mission. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Master’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent with related experience in the aesthetic industry. Prior experience and in‑depth knowledge of aesthetic medicine and treatments, legal regulations, and best practices in healthcare. Up‑to‑date with evolving standards in telehealth and aesthetic administration. Licensing Requirements Active licenses in California and Texas. Minimum of eight additional state licenses from the following: AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MN, NC, NM, NV, NY, OR, PA, TN, VA, WA, WI. Candidates with CA and TX licenses pending while holding prior aesthetic medicine experience will be considered. Availability Must have weekday and weekend availability between 10 am–6 pm PST, a minimum of 12 hours weekly, and at least 2 Saturday shifts per month.
