HR Admin

Overview At Golden Pet Manufacturing, we are proud to be at the forefront of changing the future of pet food by creating nutritionally-dense, thoughtfully-sourced, and practical solutions for pet parents. We’re looking for a HR Admin to join our team onsite in Richfield, WI. Location: Onsite (Richfield, WI) What You’ll Be Doing The HR Admin is responsible for providing general clerical and administrative support for the HR function at the plant. This role will work on-site at the plant and will provide assistance and support to all employees with HR-related questions, and will be the first impression for all visitors and guests. Monitor break room and office supply inventories, completing and organizing orders as necessary Manage the attendance call-in line, recording absences and updating timesheets appropriately, escalating attendance infractions to HR team for further action Respond to verifications of employment and other employment-related inquiries Maintain the HRIS by reviewing and processing entries and employee changes Maintain systems to enter new employees and archive inactive employees Create and post company and position updates throughout the plant Provide onboarding support to Sr. HR Coordinator, including scheduling pre-employment appointments, sending background check requests, sending first day emails, and assisting candidates with challenges Maintain and update the company intranet with important updates and changes Assist with the planning and execution of company events Manage the lobby area including greeting new hires, candidates, applicants, visitors, etc. Provide administrative support to other department functions within the manufacturing plant as needed Act as a resource to employees throughout the employee lifecycle; provide assistance and direction on HR programs, benefits, payroll, policies, resources and procedures Assist with special projects and/or tasks as assigned Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.)
