Oncology Development Executive (Outside Sales), Oregon East

Labcorp seeks a field-based Oncology Development Executive for the Oregon East territory to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within oncology practices, cancer centers, and health systems. The role combines strategic account management, clinical expertise in precision medicine and molecular diagnostics, and cross-functional leadership to expand adoption of Labcorp's oncology testing portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition, competitive displacement, and revenue growth across oncology and pathology organizations
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies to increase adoption of oncology diagnostics and precision medicine portfolio
• Establish relationships with physician leaders, pathology groups, and health system decision makers for consultative sales
• Represent Labcorp's oncology diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, genomic profiling, and liquid biopsy solutions
• Coordinate with field sales, medical affairs, and operations teams to support growth initiatives and monitor competitive activity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years commercial experience, or Master's degree with 3 years experience
• 5+ years oncology sales, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or laboratory services experience
• 5+ years business development, territory management, or strategic account management
• 5+ years selling to oncology practices, pathology groups, cancer centers, or health systems
• Demonstrated quota attainment, revenue growth, or new account acquisition history
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder healthcare sales cycles
