To assist the Library Operations, Logistics, and Environments department with daily operational tasks, including:

• Furniture Moves & Rearrangement
• Whiteboard Cleaning & Morning Building Resets
• Assist with Mailroom Delivery/Distribution Services.
• Assist with event set-up and break-downs as needed.

Requirements and Preferences

Work Schedule - M-F 7:00am-12:00pm, hour could be increased based on need and performance

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience/Education - High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

Department Required Skills - Good Customer Service & Communication. Must be able to drive/deliver library materials. Time Management. Team Oriented. Organization & Cleanliness. Must be able to lift to 70lb with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education - Painting & Carpentry Skills are a plus. Basic Computer Literacy ability to learn simple software applications for inventory keeping, package tracking, and shipping.

Anticipated Hiring Range - $18.00/hr
