Certifications:

• BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC), OCN

Mandatory Experience:

• RN Infusion
• 1 Year Exp
• Active WI Registered Nurse (RN )license. 
• RNs with an active Compact Licensure are to obtain a Wisconsin RN license. 
• Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred) 
• BLS certification required or obtained. 
• ACLS required or obtained. 
• Current ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Provider Card or obtained.
