About the Role Job Title: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Location: Lamar, Colorado, USA Company: Lamar Estates Job Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Conduct regular assessments to identify changes in residents' conditions and report findings to the RN or physician. Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment.
