As an Automotive Sales Manager at All Star HYUNDAI of Baton Rouge, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your role will involve overseeing daily sales operations, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales goals - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service - Manage inventory levels and pricing strategies
- Proven experience in automotive sales - Strong leadership and communication skills - Knowledge of current market trends and competition - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
