Requirements EPA certified is preferred (If not, don't worry we will get you certified!) An upbeat attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major traffic incidents Able to pass a drug and background check Residential HVAC experience Required.
