Caseworker I

Summary: The Caseworker I is responsible for providing a range of services including monitoring and supportive intervention to Park Center's child, adolescent, and adult clients. Communicates progress and problems to other members of the treatment team, including family members, provides and/or arranges transportation services when needed, responds to crisis calls, and provides crisis intervention in consult with other members of the team. Education: Must have an Associate degree in a mental health, human services field, or other related field; or equivalent behavioral health experience meeting minimum competency standards set forth by the MRO provider agency. Licensure/Certification: Must have a valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. CPR required within 30 days of employment. Must complete non-crisis intervention within 60 days of hire. CANS 0-5 required within 30 days of hire for the offices of Bluffton, Decatur, and 3 Wishes. CANS 5-17 required within 30 days of hire for the offices of Bluffton, Decatur, Homebased Case Management, 3 Wishes, and In school Skills Program. ANSA required within 30 days for all areas except In School Skills Program and Residential Addictions 3.5. Addendums are required for 0153 Nurse Leader, 0249 Registry RN, 0252 Registered Nurse, 0235 Advanced Registered Nurse, and 0236 Expert Registered Nurse.
