Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Rotating Weekends and Holidays | No Call Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric nursing care for patients who are 20+ weeks pregnant and up to 6 weeks postpartum
• Deliver care across Labor and Delivery rooms, OB Triage, OB ORs, and OB PACU settings
• Perform and interpret continuous fetal monitoring in accordance with facility standards
• Support family-centered care in a modern, state-of-the-art Labor and Delivery environment
• Complete required onboarding modules via online portal prior to start date

Required Qualifications

• Active Maryland license or Compact nursing license in hand at time of submission — no exceptions
• Minimum 3 years of current, strong Labor and Delivery experience
• OB Triage experience required
• Active fetal monitoring certification required: C-EFM preferred; AWHONN Intermediate accepted (C-EFM must be obtained if contract extensions meet or exceed 1 year from initial start date)
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
• Prior travel nursing experience required; block scheduling is not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• C-EFM certification already obtained at time of submission
• Experience working in a high-volume or multi-unit obstetric setting including OB OR and OB PACU
