Location: Stone Mountain, GA 30083
Employment Type: Full-time, Temp-Hire
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM (1st Shift)
Compensation: $17.50
Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated  Production Operator II for our client. Every team member shares in our success as proud employee-owners. We are growing and invite dependable, detail-oriented candidates to join our ink production team as a Machine Operator / Ink Batcher. If you have experience in manufacturing, batching, or operating production machinery, we welcome your application. Sit-down forklift experience is a strong plus!
Position Summary
As a Machine Operator / Ink Batcher, you will support manufacturing by mixing inks to customer specifications, ensuring quality, and maintaining efficient workflow with the production and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate mixing and production equipment for ink manufacturing
• Measure, mix, and batch raw materials per specific formulas and customer requirements
• Monitor equipment to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency
• Assist with material loading, unloading, and product movement in the facility
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and quality records
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance
• Rework/recycle returned inks as needed
• Consistently follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures
• Support production targets and process improvement initiatives
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and collaborative work environment
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, machine operator, batching, or mixing role preferred
• Familiarity with industrial production equipment required
• Sit-down forklift experience is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality
• Ability to follow formulas, production schedules, and safety guidelines
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout each shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in manufacturing and warehouse environments
