Electrical Technician/ Industrial Electrician | Germany

Key Responsibilities Installation, assembly, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment Work on substations, transformer stations, switchgear systems, and power distribution infrastructure Electrical installation and commissioning activities in industrial and infrastructure projects Troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and components Reading and interpreting technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and project documentation Conducting inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance activities Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Documentation of maintenance and operational activities Requirements Educational Qualification ITI Electrician, Wireman, Electrical Technician, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical qualification Experience Candidates with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas are encouraged to apply: Electrical installation Industrial electrical maintenance Transformer stations Substations Switchgear systems Power distribution systems Industrial plants and manufacturing facilities Cable installation and electrical infrastructure projects Electrical assembly and commissioning Additional Requirements Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics Basic English communication skills Physically fit for industrial work environments Willingness to relocate and work in Germany Valid driving licence preferred but not mandatory Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Language Requirements German language proficiency B1 is preferred Candidates with A2 German proficiency who are willing to continue language training are also encouraged to apply Salary & Benefits Gross salary: 2,575 - 2,730 gross (approx. 2.5 - 2.7 Lakhs per month, subject to exchange rates) Take-home salary: Approx. 1,750 - 2,050 net/month (approx. 1.7 - 2 Lakhs per month, subject to exchange rate) Health insurance and pension contributions 25 paid vacation days annually Paid public holidays as per German labor regulations Standard 40 - hour work week Long-term employment stability Work-life balance Visa & Relocation Support German work visa application process Relocation guidance Onboarding and integration support #J-18808-Ljbffr NM Nextmittelstand Gmbh
