Our client, a leading systems integrator specializing in mission-critical communications and technology solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business and expand existing customer relationships throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. What You’ll Do Develop and grow business within an assigned territory through new customer acquisition and account expansion Create and execute strategic territory plans focused on long-term revenue growth Build strong relationships with decision-makers, technical stakeholders, administrators, senior executives, and public sector leaders Identify customer challenges and develop technology solutions that deliver measurable value Lead complex sales opportunities from discovery through close Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams to develop winning solutions Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast within CRM platforms Support proposal development, presentations, and customer demonstrations Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience selling any of the following solutions are highly encouraged to apply: Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Radio Frequency (RF) Communications Public Safety Communications Access Control Networking Solutions Managed Services Dispatch & Command Center Solutions Internal Building Wireless (IBW) Bi-Directional Amplifiers (BDA) Telecommunications Infrastructure Experience selling into Public Safety, Business & Industry, Education, Healthcare, or Government markets is especially valued. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong consultative and solution-selling skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM platform Strong organizational and territory management skills Ability to travel throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
