Responsibilities Support the evaluation and underwriting of risks across traditional and renewable energy, power generation, mining, petrochemicals, and related industries. Review underwriting submissions, operational information, financial data, and loss history to support riskselection, pricing, and coverage decisions. Collaborate with underwriters, risk engineers, claims professionals, and multinational specialists to develop tailored insurance solutions. Build relationships with brokers and clients while supporting new business and renewal opportunities. Monitor industry, regulatory, and emerging risk trends that mayimpactclients andunderwritingdecisions. Develop technical knowledge of energy insurance while building analytical, decision-making, and relationship-management skills. Minimum Qualifications Education Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree to be received no later than June 2027(unofficial transcriptrequiredupon application). Program Requirements Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027. Analystpositions are in-person opportunities, requiringemployeesto work in the office at least four days per week. Core Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. Abilityto collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications Preferred majors include Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, ora related field. Demonstrated interest in the energy industry, commercial insurance, or risk management. Interestin complex operational and technical risks.
