Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Cath Lab Registered Nurse for day shifts at a busy hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac catheterization procedures and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterizations and electrophysiology procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to any clinical changes during procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of procedures, patient status, and care provided.
• Float to White Memorial as needed, supporting other departments during staffing shortages.
• Comply with hospital fire and life safety protocols, maintaining a safe environment for all.

Qualifications:

• Hold at least 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN experience.
• Possess active BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA.
• Have completed training at a recognized facility and be able to work in an acute care setting.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Be able to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Possess current State RN license and references confirming relevant experience.
