We are looking for a licensed real estate agent interested in building a specialized business focused on investment properties, investor relationships, and identifying profitable real estate opportunities while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys researching properties, connecting with owners, understanding investment strategies, and developing the skills needed to create consistent business within the real estate investment market.

You will learn how to identify potential investment opportunities by connecting with property owners, reaching out to prospective sellers, and developing relationships with active real estate investors. Through prospecting, database outreach, networking, and consistent follow-up, you will gain experience recognizing property opportunities, understanding seller motivation, and matching available properties with investor objectives.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will develop practical knowledge of rental properties, income-producing real estate, property valuations, and investment analysis. You will learn how investors evaluate potential returns, review property expenses, assess market conditions, and determine whether opportunities align with their financial goals. This experience will help you become more confident discussing investment properties and identifying opportunities that may lead to successful transactions.

Coaching, mentorship, and ongoing accountability will help you strengthen your prospecting, negotiation, and client communication skills. You will gain exposure to preparing offers, reviewing contracts, coordinating due diligence, and managing transactions while developing the organization and consistency needed to maintain an active pipeline of investment opportunities.

Compensation:

$150,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information
• Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research

Qualifications:

• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
