The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps.QualificationsBachelor's degree with three years of progressively responsible experience in security, risk management, business, management, technology or health-related field; associate degree with five years of progressively responsible experience in one of these fields; or HS diploma/GED with seven years of progressively responsible experience in one of these fields.Additional Experience and/or Qualifications: (Has Achieved Competency in the Following Areas, Job Knowledge and Additional Considerations): Security Specialists must demonstrate strong ability in leadership, personal interaction, time management, assessments, analysis, ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and project administration, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Licensure/Certification Required: Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation, or equivalent, required within two years of date of employment.
