CNA/HHA - 3rd shift

Description:

Mason Wright Senior Living is seeking compassionate, dependable CNA's and HHA's to provide hands-on care and support to our residents.

Our current openings are:

3rd shift: 16 hours, including every other weekend - 2 positions - 11:00 pm to 3:00 am
3rd shift: 24 hours, including every other weekend - 2 positions - 1100 pm to 3:00 am or 1:00 am to 7:30 am
3rd shift: 40 hours, including every other weekend - 2 positions - 11:00 pm to 7:30 am

Responsibilities include:

Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, and mobility
Monitor residents and report changes in condition
Provide medication reminders under nursing supervision
Complete required documentation and assist with daily resident needs
Work as part of a collaborative Health & Wellness team

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts CNA license or HHA certificate required
Experience working with older adults; dementia experience preferred
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Flexible with scheduling
Spanish-speaking skills a plus
