AP/CP Pathologist

Position Summary Consultants in Laboratory Medicine of Greater Toledo, a Sonic Healthcare USA partner, is hiring a full‑time Pathologist to join a collegial, dynamic pathology team in Toledo, Ohio. Candidates must have an M.D. or D.O. with AP or AP/CP board certification and be licensed or able to become licensed to practice medicine in Ohio and Michigan. The role requires 3–5+ years of sign‑out experience in an inpatient and/or outpatient laboratory setting, with significant cytopathology case experience or cytopathology subspecialty training. Pathologists in this role will work independently in a fast‑paced, hospital‑based laboratory environment as part of a group of 17+ pathologists. Qualifications AP/CP or AP board certified. Cytopathology subspecialty training. 3–5+ years of sign‑out experience. License to practice medicine in Ohio and Michigan (or ability to obtain one). Responsibilities Sign out cytopathology cases in a fast‑paced laboratory setting. Work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team of pathologists. Maintain quality diagnostic standards and adhere to laboratory protocols. Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
