Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events to promote our company as an employer of choice. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and identify the key competencies required for each role. Foster strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Implement and maintain talent management and performance management strategies to ensure the retention of top talent. Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive work environment. Maintain a keen eye for detail in all aspects of work, from maintaining accurate records to ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Qualifications A minimum of 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field. Proven experience in hiring for the Accounting and Finance industry. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment technologies. Strong experience in managing and participating in recruitment events such as career fairs and job fairs. Excellent interviewing skills with a keen ability to assess candidate fit for various roles. Solid experience in talent management and performance management strategies. Strong employee relations skills with the ability to address issues promptly and professionally. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
