Analyst, Portfolio Analytics San Francisco You will be a key member of the ICONIQ Growth Team on our Analytics team and support our Portfolio Engagement efforts by delivering data‑driven analyses and insights that will inform ICONIQ Growth portfolio companies across various aspects of business operations and best‑in‑class performance. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with and support other members of the Portfolio Analytics team on various high‑impact projects to support our portfolio of high performing technology companies including: Specific analysis and benchmarking of key operational indicators Broader thought‑leadership across topics such as financial performance, IPO readiness, organizational structure and compensation, GTM strategy, and more Custom advisory projects for portfolio companies Data partnerships with portfolio companies Productization of various internal and external datasets Interface with Investment Team members and senior leadership to support portfolio companies on custom benchmarking projects. Capture both qualitative and quantitative data across various primary and secondary research initiatives – including collection and analysis of portfolio company data, interviews with SMEs, review of public filings, and design and analysis of proprietary surveys. Support the build‑out of proprietary models and data visualization tools driven from portfolio company data to drive benchmarking efforts and performance analyses. Ideal Candidate Background: Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant industry experience working in a fast‑paced environment, preferably in consulting or investment banking. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools with limited oversight. Proficiency working with complex data in Excel, including data modeling and structuring best practices, and ability to transform data into key insights using a variety of charts and visualization techniques. Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $100,000 – $110,000 together with a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits program.
