Acute Inpatient Dialysis Charge Registered Nurse

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an Acute Inpatient Charge Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate dialysis treatments for hospitalized patients with acute and chronic kidney disease. In this role, you will oversee daily dialysis operations on the unit, assign and support nursing staff, and ensure adherence to clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. You will perform and supervise dialysis treatments, monitor complex patients, manage vascular access, document care accurately, and collaborate with nephrologists and hospital teams. You will mentor staff, support quality initiatives, participate in on-call rotations, and promote a patient-centered, mission-driven culture focused on clinical excellence and continuous learning.
