Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Telemetry – Float Pool – Nights

Location

Tucson, Arizona

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Three 12-hour shifts per week | Onsite | Float Pool Position

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies and procedures
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe patient care
• Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of available staff
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Float between multiple facilities as assigned within the float pool network

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical Telemetry nursing experience
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR (required)
• Willingness and ability to float between multiple facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting
• Experience working in a float pool or multi-facility environment
• Ability to begin assignment within two weeks of offer acceptance
