As a Military Capabilities All-Source Analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on military capabilities. As a Military Capabilities All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing production that studies the complexity of adversarial systems. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the MILCAP problem set with a specific focus on developments and trends. You Have: Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments Ability to develop high-quality deliverables such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: 3+ years of experience as an all-source military capabilities analyst Knowledge of conventional weapon systems Knowledge of ICD 203 or 206 analytic tradecraft standards Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
