Senior Associate, Salesforce Health Cloud Engineer

Salary: $118,268.8 - 212,851.2 per year Requirements:

• We require at least three years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Triggers.
• We require a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
• We require Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist credentials.
• We prefer certifications such as Platform Developer II, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant.
• We need strong knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and functionality, along with experience integrating Salesforce with external systems; HL7/FHIR and EHR/EMR integrations are preferred.
• We require proficiency with Salesforce APIs, including REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming, plus experience with version control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• We require practical experience with Agentforce, Prompt Builder, generative AI concepts, and responsible AI delivery.
• We strongly prefer experience with Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• We need solid understanding of healthcare compliance, including HIPAA and PHI/PII handling, and experience with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, Data Masking, OmniStudio, enterprise AI/ML services, or external models.
• We prefer familiarity with Agile/Scrum methods, strong problem-solving ability, effective communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• We require applicants to be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Travel is required as needed.

• We design and build scalable Salesforce solutions, with a particular emphasis on Health Cloud capabilities such as care plans, clinical data structures, and provider/patient relationship management.
• We configure Health Cloud data models, including Patient, Provider, Care Team, and Clinical Data.
• We develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to satisfy business needs.
• We take part in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities through CI/CD pipelines.
• We design and implement Agentforce agents, topics, instructions, actions, and escalation paths using Agentforce Builder, Flow, Apex, and APIs.
• We create and validate Prompt Builder templates and grounded AI experiences using Salesforce data, Data Cloud, knowledge sources, and retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
• We put in place agent testing, evaluation, observability, and guardrails, including controls for accuracy, hallucination risk, data access, human oversight, and production monitoring.
• We integrate Salesforce with outside systems such as Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft, and HL7/FHIR APIs using REST and SOAP web services.
• We ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and other healthcare data security requirements.
• We partner with business analysts, administrators, and architects to turn requirements into technical solutions.
• We support Salesforce release management, performance optimization, and environment strategy.
