Global Payroll Tax Lead & Compliance Strategist

Databricks is seeking a Payroll Tax Manager to serve as the internal expert on payroll tax, advising payroll, equity, HR, and accounting teams on regulatory changes and policy. You will lead payroll tax audits, ensure accurate reporting, and help minimize risk across global operations.
