Finishing Frame Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 12-Hour Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Operate and monitor finishing frame equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set machine controls and adjust settings to maintain required quality standards, including width, tension, and temperature.
• Monitor fabric quality throughout processing, identify defects, and report production issues.
• Complete production documentation, work orders, and required process reports accurately.
• Wrap finished rolls, attach piece tickets, and prepare materials for packing.

Finishing Frame Operator Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of consistent work history in manufacturing, machine operation, production, or a related environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and identifying product issues.
• Basic computer skills for production documentation and quality records.
• Ability to perform basic measurements, troubleshoot routine issues, and communicate concerns to supervisors.
