This is a joint office role and you will be required to commute to our Mountain Home and Ketchum offices as well. The hours are Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 1pm. Duties: Facilitating orientation and training for caregivers Communicate with recruiting and onboarding to ensure a quick hiring timeline for all applicants. Implement policy and procedures with employee retention. Offer continued support and training to all caregivers. Responsible for assisting with payroll.
