Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation: $43–$53/hr (DOE) + Full Time Benefits Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Level of Care RN to conduct Level of Care (LOC) visits with prospective enrollees in their homes and complete assessments required for state approval. This role provides direct and indirect nursing care while coordinating with interdisciplinary team members, physicians, and clinic leadership to support complex patient needs, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver patient-centered care.
