We are hiring a Hospice Business Development Representative to expand our hospice presence across NW & NE Oklahoma City . This hospice sales role requires direct hospice experience-we're seeking someone who understands hospice philosophy, compliance, referral dynamics, and how to grow census with integrity.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $55,000+ (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow hospice referral relationships across Oklahoma City
• Partner with hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, physicians, and community leaders
• Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility, services, and value
• Increase hospice census through ethical, patient-centered growth strategies
• Conduct in-person visits, facility calls, and community outreach
• Track referral trends, activity, and performance metrics

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

• Previous hospice experience REQUIRED
• Hospice business development, liaison, or hospice sales experience preferred
• Strong understanding of hospice regulations and eligibility criteria
• Established referral network in the Oklahoma City market preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
