Position AMG Specialty Hospital – Oklahoma City is seeking PRN Registered Nurses, RN for day shifts with ICU/Step‑down/critical care experience. RNs will provide direct and indirect patient care in a long‑term acute care setting. Responsibilities include monitoring patients with respiratory failure requiring ventilation (vapotherm, high flow, bi‑PAP, CPAP, nasal cannula), managing sedation/pain, pressor and anti‑arrhythmic therapy, treating complicated infections with long‑term IV antibiotics, and caring for chronic non‑healing wounds with wound vacs and frequent dressing changes. RNs must communicate clinicians and coworkers about changes in patients’ clinical condition and respond quickly to changes in condition or response to treatment, and perform general nursing duties in all departments with supervision. ICU, step‑down or critical care experience is preferred. Shift differentials are paid for all weekend shifts. Job Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Acute care experience is preferred. Current BLS certification. Current ACLS certification. Able to communicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing.
