About the Role:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient production operations and ensuring product quality. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the production process
Operate basic machinery and air-powered hand tools (such as pneumatic drills, grinders, and impact wrenches)
Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products from machines, pallets, and workstations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Perform quality checks on products
Support team members and supervisors as needed
Complete other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
Experience using air-powered (pneumatic) hand tools preferred
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods
Forklift experience (preferred)
Basic mechanical aptitude
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay: $16.00/hour
