Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, a strong desire to close deals, eager to learn and is adaptable. 

This is a commission-driven role , offering strong earning potential for a self-starter who is comfortable being on the road and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit fabricators, kitchen & bath dealers, designers, and builders regularly (4+ days/week on the road )
• Develop new business and expand existing accounts in Philly area OR North Jersey / Manhattan / Brooklyn area
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Present and promote quartz and natural stone products
• Manage and update quartz sample displays at customer locations
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and ongoing projects
• Stay informed on product trends, pricing, and market activity
• Coordinate with internal team for order processing and customer support
• Work at least one Saturday per month (abbreviated hours) to support showroom activity and customer needs

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in stone, surfaces, construction, or related industry (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, adaptable and positive attitiude
• Comfortable working independently and managing a territory
• Willingness to travel locally and be on the road most of the week
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow income through commission
