• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
